Rheumatoid Arthritis Scholarship: Application Requirements
To apply, just follow the steps below.
Applicants will need to submit the following:
- A completed and signed application with an official academic transcript and a recent, non-returnable photograph of the applicant, labeled with his or her name, address, and telephone number
- A one- to two-page essay about how the applicant is living beyond the boundaries of RA to demonstrate academic ambition and personal achievement, and how the scholarship would affect his or her life
- A letter of recommendation from a teacher or school official and one recommendation from a person in his or her community (e.g., employer, coworker, clergy member, or coach)
- A confirmation of RA diagnosis from the treating physician on letterhead stationery
